how do i start this.. okay, here goes ~
(Note: this post is gonna be quite long and perhaps long-winded/luo shuo)

for the past few days, im quite unhappy with work. reason being was that i hate it when Ah-Kiat or Shafi kept telling me to do the mini-donuts thing, that is to stand outside and give out free samples for people to taste and hopefully, if they find it nice, they ll visit the shop and buy some back home. the thing im pissed off about it was tt they kept on asking me to do it (ever since "Mr Bean" was sacked), and im sick of it. didnt have the chance to be packer or cashier. i know lah, the shop is still new and not many people know and u want to promote ur donuts, is juz i duwan everytime the person going out is me. im still abit psps in this.

business during weekends supposedly shud be quite poor. came at 11am this morning, and they asked me to do the mini-donuts. so u can say my work attitude not good, but i still smile infront of those ppl. tray after tray, yeah and im really quite fed up with it. v moody. in today's lingo, u guys ll call it emo-ing.

alot of things runnin thru my mind. so finally, when i can't take the stress/pressure, i decided to give Eddie a call. im on the verge of quitting, or u can say, i decided to quit. luckily, eddie said he's comin back down so i told him i need to talk to him in private. he came and we went to this sitting corner and i juz asked him (my mind was pretty made up by then), "Eddie, can i work till today? I'm quitting. " think he could see im quite troubled so he asked me what was the problem. juz told him quite directly on why im so pissed. i oso said tt the donuts fried by Seven was lyk worse than mine, cuz ytd the donuts he fried was **** lah. one side was okay okay, the other side not fried (dough color). nt juz one but a few

yup, and eddie told me that all these days the sales were pretty bad, Ah-Kiat was disapointed so he kept on asking me to do the mini-donuts, hoping the sales will improve. he also need to train Seven cuz after me and some others leave for school, they are the ones that will have to do things simultaneously. "don't feel offended or sensitive...". i felt tt ah-kiat kept picking on me.

another reason why im not frying the donuts nowadays is bcuz of safety issues. he said he's the one who told ah-kiat not to let me do it as u nv know when ll accidents take place, and somemore the oil is at a temperature of 180 degress cel. not that i suck in frying lah...(cuz im able to fry on my own for sometime le)

"these are parts and parcel of life. u might be angry now, but when u look back in the future, u ll juz laugh." that's probably what they meant by gaining experience.

"how to advance without suffering setbacks? ‘没有痛，哪里会长大?"

Eddie also said that everyday he's losing money, and the number of workers are more than enough but he also nv say lyk fire u bcuz business is poor or there are already enough workers. the way he said it was lyk so xiao sha. ''I dont care, im losing money everyday u know''.

he also ask if how im getting along with the others & say abt other stuffs. like when school starts, during the weekends if i wanna help out, maybe for a day or two? get some pocket money...but most importantly, he says studies muz come first. last few things he said that he wants to maintain a good relationship with his workers, and treat me lyk "ah-bang", or friend. LOL.

"ur promoting products, not giving out flyers. muz be proud and confident of what ur promoting!"

thru out the conv, he was laughing as he speaks, in a joking manner. yeah, and thats about it, i guess. will continue to work till 10th April :D
(to those ppl working with me: sry tt i put up a black face whole day long. Mandy, are u reading this? LOL)

back at home, told mommy about it. i admit that i was very rash and maybe abit immature, but mommy said i was right to tell eddie about it. yup, and talked for lyk 15mins? ^^
